Country Hyundai is seeking an experienced service technician. This position will be responsible for: 

• -Assisting technician mechanics in performing technical activities.
   
• -Diagnoses and repairs to specifications ? brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
   
• -Adequately explaining technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers on an as-required basis.
   
• -Maintaining an organized neat and safe bay.

Coordinators respond to Internet-generated sales leads, qualify customers and set appointments or follow-ups via e-mail or telephone. These professionals may also document sales calls to update customer information on databases, compile statistics and work closely with the sales staff to increase sales for the dealerships.

is looking for an EXPERIENCED Automotive Service Writer for fast-paced auto repair shop. Applicant must be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, as well as computer savvy. If you know the value of providing excellent service in a timely manner and are willing to learn and grow with the business, Patriot may be the place for you.

Short list of Responsibilities:

~ Greets customers and listens to problems or symptoms about equipment operation. Keeps customers updated regarding vehicle status.
~ Identifies what services are needed, researches vehicles' maintenance history, and prepares service order requests.
~ Reviews guidelines to prepare estimates of labor hours and parts required for repairs. Enters repair ticket information and notes into computerized customer Database.
~ Prioritizes, schedules and tracks repair work. Assigns service order requests to mechanics.
~ Verifies post-maintenance checks have been performed to ensure properly repaired vehicles.
~ Upon repair completion, reviews and enters mechanics' labor time, closes work orders, notifies customers of completion, explains repairs and answers any questions.
~ Coordinates outside repair, recall or warranty work for vehicles with auto dealerships.
~ Contacts customers and schedules preventative maintenance or inspections on vehicles.
~ Performs other duties and special projects as requested.
