When Carla stepped into the car business, she was all too aware of its reputation for being a bit of a boys’ club. But she was determined to shake things up, trailblazing the male-dominated industry with a leadership team that includes over 40 women and is still growing. We’re committed to paving the way for even more women to step into roles that change the industry for the better.
She has also used this platform to get involved in the community, starting as Co-President of the Tom Cosenzi Driving for the Cure Charity Golf Tournament. Thanks to this event dedicated to our founder, we’ve raised over a million dollars to support Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s Center for Neuro-Oncology.
